1. Cancellation Policy for Reserved Products

Customers can cancel their orders or services under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund Process

Refunds for financial amounts are accepted if the request is made within 1 hour and the order has not been confirmed or dispatched for delivery. However, a service fee for payment processing and any applicable taxes will be deducted.

Once the customer has received the product, returns are not accepted. However, the product can be exchanged if it is found to be defective. The warranty slip provided with the product must be retained to proceed with the exchange. If the warranty slip is lost, the customer forfeits the right to claim an exchange. The process of exchanging a defective product takes 5 to 7 business days.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund to your original method of payment within [number] business days.

3. Cancellation policy

By placing a reservation for any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• All reservations are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee.
• If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
• This policy is in place to cover administrative costs, production planning, and to secure your spot in our order queue.
• Please make sure you are fully committed before placing a reservation.

Delayed Delivery:
In the event of any delay in delivering the reserved product, we assure our customers that they will still receive the product they reserved. As a gesture of appreciation and to make up for the delay, we will provide a compensation or bonus in another form.

However, if the product is not delivered within the estimated delivery period stated at the time of reservation (e.g. within the specified month), the customer has the right to request a full refund of the amount paid.
